Check the floor for any hazards that could cause you trip before using the court.
Use appropriate treatment on the floor.
Daily maintenance check list to be completed by staff and signed hourly.
Set a date to review the flooring and ensure it is still safe to use.
Wet Hard Ground

Don’t use the court if the risk of injury is high.
Use wet floor signs.
Wear sensible footwear with high grip.
Only allow bottled drinks on the courts
External contractors should check the roof on a regular agreed basis.

Court Dividers (Net Curtains)

Ensure the dividers are the correct length and don’t drape onto the court.
Put up signs warning of a tripping hazard.
Centre staff should check the curtains are hung correctly and run on the track daily, and sign a checklist.

Faulty Equipment
